Tibet Autonomous Region Implementing Measures for the “Regulation on Religious Affairs”-2006

These measures are hereby established in order to guarantee citizens freedom of religious belief, safeguard religious amity and social harmony, and standardize the management of religious affairs, in accordance with the Constitution, the State Council "Regulation on Religious Affairs,” and other relevant laws and regulations, and in keeping with conditions in the autonomous region.
