The Revenue Inspector shall report the cases of unauthorized occupation of land to the Tahasildar and the details of such occupation shall be reduced to writing in Form 'G'. Within fifteen days of the close of each financial year the Revenue Inspector shall send a certificate to the Tahasildar that except the encroachment already reported there is no further encroachment in his area :
